I had a great experience here. The staff is amazing and so nice. I will definitely use them again.
We are sitting in the ER with our 21 month old daughter who has a cut above her eye. We tried to go to the clinic but no one ever came to the desk. My husband even called on the way to make sure they would see her and told them we would be there in just a minute (literally two minutes). He said "hello!" But no one ever came to the desk. We could here someone every once in a while. Seems like someone should be checking on the lobby for patients.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Haynes is a very skilled Dr. I've not had the problems the other had. That sounds awful. It does say urgent care.
I have used this place in the past with no problems. But tried to use them today and they sent us away because so they could close early. Told us we should have come in this morning even though my son's symptoms did not present till this evening. So now my son will have to wait till tomorrow to be seen or go spend 3 times as much money to sit at the ER to get him some relief. Might want to change your sign out front and on the web if you don't plan on honoring your own time line Wellmont. Not cool!
