One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, wish I could give zero stars. Basically stole money and never provided service. Horrible company.
Estimate one price then once complete raise price by hundreds. Have always got a fair deal in the past but nearly 500.00 to clean septic is outrageous never again.
Was very disappointed with my service from this company. I Called 3 days ahead to make sure I could get my septic tank pumped when I needed it. I had to call to remind them the day of the appointment because it was already the afternoon, lady said she wrote my appointment down in the wrong place. she said she was sorry and they would get right out to get it. They showed up at 8:30 pm and yes it was almost dark. Quoted me 225 by the time they left they insisted it was now 400 dollars! 400 to pump a septic tank that was pumped out a year and a half ago, ridiculous. I am no expert but I feel like I was way overcharged and I will not be using this company again.
Very unprofessional quoted rate then later changed the rate after servicing another 150 dallors. Like that was not good enough they wanted cash and did not want my company check. They also wanted us to write the check out to them personally. Beware of over charging.
