The problem hasn't gone away, even tho we keep our house clean and have them spray. I've told them time and time again the roaches haven't gone and they continue to use the same spray!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! We contracted with them for a year for roach problems. It's been a good 7-8 months, with monthly sprays and roach bait AND WE STILL HAVE ROACHES!!!!
Will not recommend them nor renew our contract!!!
