we had a huge issues. called an order in. went to get it waited while they ignored me. then gave me attitude because I didn't want a hot-n-ready so they threw the food on the floor, when I asked then to make it fresh. then one employees gave the food that had been thrown on the floor to their friends. and when my pizza was coming out of the oven they grabbed their tools and the pizza WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! I spoke to the manager and was told he's new and to get over it. I also called the owner and recived no call back.

Along with two additional cars behind me. The man at the window waited for over 20 minutes the time I was in line with him, the two cars infront of me pulled out after about 10 of those minutes. I pulled forward as he left expecting someone to come to the window to ask my order. Rather than this happening the girls would randomly walk by the window without ever looking my direction. Two walk in customers were assisted promptly all the while never once coming to the window. After 35 minutes I was asked "what do you need" -- in a very rushed, rude way. I responded with a 45 minute wait just to ask me rudely what I wanted was unacceptable and that the manager will be notified. . I got one large pizza and cheesy bread sticks. I certainly could have pulled out on them several times but after waiting a number of minutes I was curious on just how long I would wait. I am sure my threat to contact the manager was good reasoning to sprinkle heavy Italian seasoning on the cheesy bread as well. Get it together guys. We were once really excited to have this restaurant however i don't see it doing well if this persists, people choose to come here rather than Dominos over the money, convenience., and taste . I am very disappointed.
Appeared to have 3 young girls workig. No one in the lobby and myself, along with 3 cars in front of me in the drive-thru
