We bought a house listed by this office.Our agent (NOT associated with this office)had a terrible time comminicating with them.Seller removed $1000 in equipment ( leaving half of a partially working system)which was clearly stated in the contract to stay with the house. Carolynn the agent....was aware of breach of contract and agent ,broker and seller have done nothing.We refuse to let this drop and have contacted a attorney.Seller and Buyers BEWARE
