Gone way down hill.....not enough help. Food took too long to make and serve. Needs major Staff improvement. Out of ketchup???? Little things mean alot

Great, very affordable breakfast! Angus burgers, chicken strips and other items are very good, but a little pricy for fast food. Great location and extremely friendly service.
The lady at the counter was very nice and polite, with that said.. All the fries were cold the bread was hard, the meat on the burgers were cold, and there was onions on my chili dog. So the food was absoulty terriable, but the cashier was sweet. That was the only positive pary of the visit!!
What sorry service. Made me pull up when no one was even behind me?? And the entire time I waited no one came through the drive thru. Awful service. Will never recommend. Boy named steven was the most disrespectful and rude young man. I don't review much but this place is so bad I had too. Walked in after they gave me my food and waited 5 mins just get the food they forgot because they was all in the back talking and goofing off.
