Do not recommend unless you want more problems, poor quality, And you on bottom of their concerns. Lucky with the faulty wiring that they didn't burn our camper down. How you stay in Business?
Was here about 10 mins charged me $136.91 to flip a few switches! $75 for a service call should have been mentioned When I called..I would have gladly taken my camper to someone to avoid that completely ridiculous charge!! Will NOT be recommending this business to anyone in the future!!!

So I finally asked my father to look, Got tired of waiting on the so called, customer satisfaction is our top priority 'Mike's RV.. The just new thermostat (put on July with new AC unit), was checked & nothing again, wouldn't even turn on. After my Father checking everything and about hr of time, come to find the new unit wasn't even wired appropriately. My father had to FIX MIKE's RV's mess. So in truth they prob burned the control board up wiring in wrong the new unit (which really wasn't 100% needed[AC unit]) then blew fuse to frig & furnace cause $$$ & nasty mess to clean. Took from to Sept to end Nov to get it fixed (& not even by Mike's). As far as they are concerned (we are still waiting on 'THAT' phone call ) we are still waiting for it to be fixed because he was suppose to call us when he returned from Vac as far as they know). HUM!!! So from Sept to Dec we have now been waiting on them for min 3 months to fix a problem they created (which my father fixed) We didn't inform to see if we would ever get that return phone call.
Mike's RV - quick and prompt service. Knowledgeable employees! We're so happy! We had engine trouble with our motorcoach on the trip from PA to the Bristol, TN for race weekend. Now we don't have to worry about breaking down on the trip home.
Customer service is last important thing, with non-return calls or shows, Very poor knowledge, I believe they knew the major screw up & had no idea how to fix the screwed up install/problem & why we have yet to hear from that 'RETURN' call to come & fix their mistake. They should be refunding us $$$ since I had to get someone to fix the problem they made & didn't know how to fix!!!!
Had problems with AC unit, they checked via temp gauage and wasn't putting out cold enough air. (my father certified electrician & coolant (worked maintance in Hospital til retired) Had my Father check the removed unit & only thing was needed was major cleaned (washp nest & mud daubers nest restricted 75% air flow) and was 2oz low on coolant (which was never checked prior to installing new unit). But they said we needed & would be better off with a new unit. After installed (in round July) still it wasnt quite cool enough on hotter days so we got a window unit as well. Come into early Fall we had to use the heat 1 night & behold we had no heat. Unit wouldn't even turn on, called Mike & informed that prior to install that the unit worked no problem. took weeks to come & check & said we needed a new control board. so weeks went he finally replaced control board & when we came back to camper wk or so later the frig was off (blown fuse) all food we had to trash & maggots had gotten into the crack of frig were liqs run down from melted food particles. (such a nice surprise to come into) Suspecting when worked on they blew fuse & surley u would think they should been aware of such (if so called intuitive, since suppose to be correcting problem). And same-o-same-o still heat wouldn't work. Called them again said he didn't know what was going on. Waited couple weeks or so, never return calls/or follow up visits to correct the problem they created. Now we are in the end month of Nov & a chilly night (we purchased space heaters since the furnace wasn't working & waiting on Mr. Mike as usual. We had furnance off & in mid of night (thank God we were there) it turned on with the controls in the off position and wouldnt turn off until we turned the gas off. Called them again said he didn't know what was going on & may have to check/put on new thermostat. Waited & Waited & still waiting.
I had a small camper to sell, and they sold the camper on consignment. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Immediately took quality pictures and posted on a number of online dealer websites, and had my camper sold for more than we originally agreed upon in 2 days. They were extremely easy to work with and guided me through the financing process the whole way, and took a much smaller fee than other dealer I received quotes from. After having an electrical issue at the campground, Mike got us into his shop the next morning, checked out our trailer, confirmed that is was functioning right and sent us on our way . Good work, inexpensive and a job well done.
