Best experience I've ever had. Josh was so understanding and very easy to deal with. Also I work third shift and they understood that I was very tired and offered several times for me just to go home with the car and come back when it was more convenient for me to do all the paperwork. Bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata there. Went in today for one of my free oil changes. Didn't ask for a tire rotation but the lady at the service center told me she couldn't do a tire rotation because I had to buy 2 new tires. So what happened to the free tire rotation Demetrius promised me? I guess they lie to their customers. I know where not to buy my next car. And I'll be making sure none of my friends or family shop there either.
