We went on vacation from Florida and our truck broke down in Rogersville. Everyone at this dealership was nice, however, they told us it was the catalytic converter. They said our warranty did not cover this and we had to pay $2,300.00. We really had no choice being so far from home. When we got back home the warning light came back on. We took it to a GMC dealership here. They said it was not the catalytic converter, it was the direct injector which had gone bad. The worst part is our warranty DID cover catalytic converters. We found out some dealerships do this so they can charge customers more than the warranty
Mike Collins was a great salesman ,and all the staff helped me input a deal together . I used to sale cars there under old ownership and the new owners seem to have improved the place . Overall a great experience only few things that I know tAke time like I have not received my tags yet , and I've had to.go back several times to re-sign documents but it's always been in my favor , lowered my payments or etc
