Shepherd's Center is a thrift place. It's tidy and swell, but I have never known a place for charity work to charge sales tax for things... It's sounds very wrong of them. Some of the stuff the sale doesn't work, is old, or just plain useless.

It's a great charity to donate and give to. They've helped so many so far, and are hopefully blessed to help many more to come.
