The salesman Joe is the best ever!! He will help you with anything you are having trouble with, he explains things in way that you understand how things work & he's just overall a great employee!! I highly recommend you go talk to him if you are wanting to change cellular plans!!!
These People are ridiculous! They told My Dad they couldn't transfer his contacts, that even if his phone could hold charge he would have to use ny mothers charger. Cone to find out is was a manufacturer defect, and these people In Rogersville want a Raise and want more Business? How about hiring someone people who know what's going on! They lost the best when they lost Tara, and Keisha!!!
He was nice & tried. When it arrived with no return label & I was forced to return it because it didn't work, I returned to the store frustrated. Joshua didn't help at all. He made it worse. All one of them had to do was help me get the address to send it back. I left & even called Joshua personally to apologize for being upset. He told his manager Mindy I had told them their "store was in trouble" which I never said. I did give corporate Joshua's name & said he's doing nothing in the store to help customers from my experience. Corporate
apologized & paid for shipping & gave me the address. The manager Mindy called me twice harassing me. I never authorized her to call me, then I lost service of course. Very close to disconnecting both of our Verison phones. Pathetic service both service wise & in the store-
